Mela’s secure e-mail service

You can take care of your personal Mela security matters by means of our secure e-mail service. You can confirm your identify by means of Suomi.fi e-identification using your online banking codes, a mobile certificate or a certificate card. In addition to Suomi.fi e-identification, you can also confirm your identity by means of European eIDAS identification. Read more about eIDAS identification.

You can select a recipient from the drop-down menu according to the subject of the message or send your message directly to a personal e-mail address by entering the address in the recipient field below the drop-down menu. Mela’s e-mail addresses are in the format firstname.lastname(at)mela.fi.

When you receive a secure e-mail from Mela, you can open it using the code sent as a text message to your phone.
